This trip was way back in January but it was such a great trip I wanted to post it anyway. Joel and I went to St. John and stayed at the Eco-Resorts. (link attached) The first part of the week we stayed at Maho Bay and the rest of the time we spent at Concordia. The "tents" are completely self sufficient. There are solar panels that run very limited low voltage electricity and rain water is collected and heated for showers. The shower is a garden hose with a sprayer on it. It was an adventure! We hiked, swam, snorkeled, sunbathed, 4-wheeled, oh yeah AND relaxed. You name it we did it! This was one of our best vacations yet. We will definitely visit St. John and the Eco-Resorts again.
